Lost In Me (Rameses B Remix) - Emily Underhill

UK producer producer Rameses B experiments with many genres, including dubstep, cinematic, electro, and trance; however, his specialty is drum and bass, and it certainly shows. With edgy synths and dreamy, reverberating vocal sampling from Emily Underhill, this just may be the perfect nighttime driving song, especially if speeding down the freeway (not suggested). Then again, the same could be said for all quality drum and bass. Also included is Rameses B's newest track, a remix of Holly Drummond's Out Of My Mind. Enjoy.

One More Chance (Woody Remix) - Notorious B.I.G.

Los Angeles producer Woody recently remixed many of Biggie's songs to form a cohesive remix album creatively entitled The Notorious B.I.G. Remixed by Woody. The album includes a majority of Biggie's most famous songs, but with an all new flare. My personal favorite is "One More Chance," but they are all great. Enjoy.

This remix by French minimalist producer Alex Daniell features a progressive house beat with some smooth piano riffs to boot for an overwhelmingly calming effect. Enjoy.

Marijuana - Chrome Sparks

I try to keep this blog as musically refined as possible—great excuse for laziness, right? But this is one of those songs that simply can't go overlooked any longer. Producer-DJ-drummer-bassist-extraordinaire Chrome Sparks released this gem 20 days ago, and since then it has surfaced more than a handful of times among my peers, most of whom have asked me, "Dude, what is this? It's amazing!" You already know my opinion, so decide for yourself (although with a name like Marijuana, what could go wrong?). If my calculations are correct, you'll want to check out more Chrome Sparks on his SoundCloud, Facebook, or Bandcamp, where he has downloads of all his recent music. Enjoy.
